1. Nature of Service

Veridian Research (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) provides market research, trading signal analysis, and portfolio simulation tools for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing published by Veridian Research — including but not limited to trading signals, scoring outputs, briefings, recaps, strategy scripts, and website content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

2. No Advisory Relationship

Veridian Research is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. Use of the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship. We do not manage client funds, hold custody of assets, or execute trades on behalf of subscribers.

3. Backtested Performance

All performance figures displayed on the website, in marketing materials, and within the Portfolio Simulator are derived from backtested simulations using historical price data. Backtested results have inherent limitations:

• They do not reflect actual trading or real capital at risk.
• They may not account for all market conditions, including liquidity gaps, extreme volatility, exchange outages, or slippage beyond modeled estimates.
• The strategy was developed using historical data, which introduces potential for overfitting.
• Walk-forward validation reduces but does not eliminate this risk.

Past performance, whether backtested or live, is NOT indicative of future results.

4. Risk of Loss

Trading crypto futures with leverage involves substantial risk of loss, including the possibility of losing more than your initial investment. Specific risks include but are not limited to:

• Liquidation of leveraged positions due to intraday price movements not captured by daily-candle backtests.
• Exchange failures, API outages, or webhook delivery delays.
• Funding rate costs that erode returns over time.
• Regulatory changes affecting crypto trading in your jurisdiction.
• The historical win rate of the strategy is approximately 35%. Most individual trades result in a loss.

You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your own trading decisions and their outcomes.
• Your exchange account configuration, margin settings, and leverage choices.
• Verifying that automation (webhooks, bots) operates as intended.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Conducting your own due diligence before acting on any signal.

6. TradingView Strategy

The TradingView Pine Script strategy provided to Professional subscribers is proprietary, closed-source software licensed for personal use only. It is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You may not redistribute, decompile, or reverse-engineer the strategy. A TradingView Pro or Premium account may be required for multi-asset webhook automation.

7. No Guarantees

Veridian Research makes no guarantees regarding:

• Future performance or profitability.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of signals.
• The continued availability of the Service.
• The suitability of the strategy for your individual financial situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veridian Research, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
